We have endeavoured to make your shopping experience with us as simple as possible and we ask that if you have any problems with the ordering process that you contact us.
You can order with us by:
1. Secure on-line purchasing - Bankcard, VISA and Mastercard are accepted. Cheques will not be accepted.
2. Faxing - Simply choose 'Fax/Direct Deposit' from the payment choices and proceed to the checkout. Print out the final 'Thank You' page and fax it to us on 08 8569 4005.
3. Phone - Our phone number for orders or enquiries is 08 8569 4005.
4. Direct deposit - Choose 'Fax/Direct Deposit' from the payment choices and proceed to the checkout. On the final 'Thank you' page our banking details will be displayed.
If you supply an email address with your order you will receive an immediate email confirmation of your order. Your orders will be attended to promptly and we will advise if there are any delays with providing products.
POSTAGE
All goods purchased via our online store will be delivered via Australia Post.

OUT OF STOCK If you place an order and we happen to be out of stock of the product we will advise you and you can choose to wait for the stock to arrive or you may cancel the order.
RETURNS
While all care is taken in packaging your goods, Patchwork Treasures will not be responsible for any goods received damaged, due to shipping. (If damaged due to shipping the customer will need to contact Australia Post).
Items purchased may be returned but refund or exchange is at the discretion of Patchwork Treasures. A receipt is required of your initial purchase. No refunds or exchanges are given on clearance sale items.
As a general rule, refunds or exchanges are only applicable if the goods are returned to Patchwork Treasures:
in original condition, suitable for re-sale
with all packaging in-tact
within 21 days of the transaction date
Goods should be returned via registered post together with proof of purchase invoice. (postage for the return of goods is at the customers cost)
Postage and handling charges on returned goods are not refundable. If we do accept returned goods we will exchange items freight free.
